When the current event broke out, I read the scientific literature for my own understanding. As this became a war and I became embroiled in it, I tried to go back and recover reference that I had not previously saved. That was mostly successful, but some papers have been scrubbed or put behind a paid firewall such as “Science Direct”—a clever name for not being directly available. Hopefully the links here still work. This is somewhat organized by topic, but not perfectly. This was meant for my own research, so it is not meant for a casual perusal. I do now add anything I refer to in my talks or papers, and will keep adding as more information is available.
